What data we process
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email, the name of your studio or your website, your professional profile and the message you send us. If you join the waiting list for the online system, only your name and your email.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry; if you join the waiting list, to let you know when the online system is available; and, if you allow it when sending the form, to keep you informed about Grooow. We don't use it for anything else.
Legal basis
The consent you give us by submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Who we share it with
We use Brevo, based in the EU, as our email and contact-management provider. It acts as a data processor and only handles your data under our instructions. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Web analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used, with consent managed through Google Consent Mode. You can manage your choice from the cookie banner or on the cookies page.
How long we keep it
For as long as there is an ongoing relationship or legitimate interest in keeping in touch, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, object to, or request restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@grooowsystem.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider it necessary.
