Luyten Gallery: from editorial channel to sales funnel
A content channel that ends in sales, built from scratch.
I design and lead the growth of Luyten Gallery, a publishing platform: content strategy, an owned YouTube channel and a funnel that turns audience into customers.

The project
Luyten Gallery is an online publishing platform about contemporary figurative painting. Its model rests on content —a Magazine, a YouTube channel and a monthly newsletter— aimed at collectors, enthusiasts and artists, and on turning that audience into customers.
luytengallery.comThe challenge
Building audience and trust in a highly specialised niche without falling into generic content, and turning that audience into a real business: not just visits or followers.
My role — strategy and execution
- I defined the content strategy and editorial calendar across every channel, with a clear positioning principle: depth over volume.
- I led the growth of the YouTube channel as the main engine of discovery and brand trust.
- I designed the acquisition funnel: "Free Resources" as the entry lead magnet, "PRO Tools" as the paid offer, a monthly newsletter as the retention channel.
- I launched the online shop integrated into the platform, connecting editorial content with a direct revenue stream.

Luyten Gallery shows I can build a complete acquisition-to-sale funnel —from editorial content to paying customer— in a niche market where trust is earned through judgement, not volume.
