The project
Hybrid Machine is an audiovisual experiences company based in Barcelona, founded by Pedro Serrano. Besides its production, rental and audiovisual installation services for corporate and private events, it develops its own solutions: xtrasound™, which delivers music directly to each attendee to get around a venue's decibel limits without losing sound quality, and join2mix™, a collaborative listening experience where each attendee receives a different part of the mix. Neuralphonik™ and ambiphonik™, focused on neuroacoustics and wellbeing, are in development.

Sustaining an ambitious product roadmap —two solutions already live and two more on the way— without neglecting the day-to-day business: the audiovisual services that generate recurring revenue while the in-house product finishes maturing and finds its market fit.
My role — strategy and execution
- Business development: I identify and validate customer segments —rooftop and terrace DJ sessions, live music with low-db instruments, private events, restaurants— and help turn interest into first contracts.
- Product prioritisation: I help decide what to build first in each solution (xtrasound™, join2mix™) based on what the market validates in each use case, not what would be "nice to have".
- Design and implementation of AI-supported internal processes, so the team can scale without multiplying headcount.
- Go-to-market strategy: messaging, commercial offer and entry mechanics —the free preliminary study they use as an entry point— to bring the product to first customers.
